I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION AND E-TICKET. WHAT DO I DO?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please double check your spam or junk mail folders. If you cannot locate the e-ticket, please email us at Info@Head2ToeExpo.com. You are required to bring your e-ticket to check in at the show’s Registration desk

I CAN NO LONGER GO TO THE SHOW. CAN I GET A REFUND OR SELL MY TICKET?
Unfortunately, tickets are nonrefundable. Tickets cannot be sold to a third party. Due to an increase in fraudulent third-party ticket sales, the Jelani Enterprises, Inc. ticket policy now prohibits all third-party sales. This policy has been put in place to protect our ticket buyers and exhibitors. Tickets purchased from a third party cannot be confirmed as valid. CAN I USE A TICKET IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME?
Ticket are not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose name is on the ticket. No exceptions.
Photo ID is required. The name on the ticket must match your photo ID. If you are the ticket purchaser and your guest is no longer able to attend you may use the ticket for another guest. You will be required to show proof you are the purchaser and must be present during check in. You will need to provide your order confirmation receipt, credit card used for purchase, and/or photo ID.
Please note: All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Jelani Enterprises, Inc. does not authorize third-party sales and will not guarantee tickets purchased through a third party.

WHY IS LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED?
Show Management requires all exhibitors have liability insurance to protect your company if a situation should arise. Jelani Enterprises, Inc can not be held liable for damages or missing property.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR COMPANIES TO SUBMIT A SPACE APPLICATION?
All applications must be submitted and paid in full no later than the date posted on the website. There is a 50% deposit due at the time of the application submission; with remaining payment due in full 30-days prior to the event show date.
